  1. Webroot Error UPW003: The user encounters this issue if their reset Password request cannot be processed. If incase, the user’s account has not been created or not confirmed. Or if the email address which the user has typed in had a typo or maybe you used another email address in order to make your account. In case, you have not created an account then you should create an online management account. After this, you can create a Password and Personal Security Code. But if the user created an account but they have not confirmed it yet then they should confirm it in order to avoid the Error.
  2. Webroot Error URFL103:  The user encounters the issue if they are unable to register the keycode. It means the user is trying to register the keycode and also generate a new account; but the keycode has already been registered. Hence, it is advised instead of creating an account, the user should try to log in to the account management website. The customer might have use the another email address while creating the account.  May be the customer is using the correct email address, but not the password so you should reset the password.
  3. Webroot Error UPA004: This error is due to when your reset password request cannot be processed and also the details which you entered do not match. It occurs if the answer to the secret question which you have entered is not entered correctly. As you all know that the answer to the secret question is case sensitive, so the user should try different capitalization in case, you get this error.
  4. Webroot Error(UCXS511): This issue occurs if your account has been logged out. It is possible that an add-on in Internet Explorer which might be blocking access to your online account. In order to resolve this issue, the user should open Internet Explorer. After this, you need to go to Tools and then click on Manage Add-ons. Now, you need to hit on Toolbars and Extensions from the left column of the computer screen. Then in the drop-down box, you need to choose “All Add-ons”. In the list, you have to locate “Google Frame” and then hit on this add-on in order to select it. At last, you need to hit on the Disable button and then close the Manage Add-ons window.
